Under the terms of the agreement, the Element K business was acquired for $110 million in cash, subject to adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tAlliedBarton Security Services partnered with Brown Mackie College to extend training, development, and educational opportunities to employees. This partnership provides AlliedBarton employees savings on tuition, both in the classroom and online, and learning paths are tailored to fit each employee\u2019s schedule.<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tSVI, in partnership with Sify Technologies and John Wiley &#038; Sons, released the Anywhere Learner, a mobile application that delivers training and action items so organizational leaders can grow on the go.
