Not surprisingly, less than half\u00a0<strong>(46%)<\/strong>\u00a0of those polled say they feel \u201csomewhat recognized\u201d at work.<\/p>\n<p>Some\u00a0<strong>73%<\/strong>\u00a0agree the gender wage gap is still very real. That said, half of Millennials surveyed are more worried about salary cuts\u00a0<strong>(53%)<\/strong>\u00a0than wage gaps\u00a0<strong>(49%)<\/strong>. Generation Xers and Baby Boomers have similar worries when it came to lack of job security\u00a0<strong>(45%<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>49%)<\/strong>\u00a0and wage gaps\u00a0<strong>(44%<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>46%).<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Only 46% of respondents say they feel &#8220;somewhat recognized&#8221;
