Home More Bacon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pay rate is the top factor\u00a0U.S. wage earners look for when seeking a job, according to 40% of the nearly 19,500 workers who took part in the 16th annual\u00a0<em>Voice of the Blue-Collar Worker<\/em>\u00a0survey conducted by EmployBridge.<\/p>\n<p>After pay rate, the top priorities for all workers seeking a job are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2 Job security<\/strong>\u00a0(12%)<\/p>\n<p><strong>#3 Shift\/schedule<\/strong>\u00a0(11%)<\/p>\n<p><strong>#4 Enjoy the work<\/strong>\u00a0(9%)<\/p>\n<p>Looking at the top responses by gender, more
