<strong>41%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Recognition: <strong>41%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Frequent one-on-ones: <strong>40%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities: <strong>38%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Transparency on company direction: <strong>38%<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Willingness to listen to their feedback\/concerns: <strong>21%<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Employees want
